Donya first discovered how having a success coach was vital to her career as she partnered with Dr. Hobbs, the owner and founder of Victory Educational Solutions, LLC. At the time, she did not know that she was being coached, because the methods used are friendship building and not at all like a typical client relationship.
In fact, the relationship was an exchange of knowledge, support, understanding and most of all encouragement.
